I like the game. Its just like plenty of games for mobile, you pay to win. The match making always was unbalanced what so ever just got to level 13 and im playing against maxed out players... war is ridiculous 😒. The match making on that is worse. Don't get me wrong the game is very fun... but getting slaughtered makes it no fun whatsoever. Please fix the match making issue.
This game improved a lot after they added 2v2 battles, so you can still play without losing all your trophies. This game is definitely pay to win, but you don't have to pay too much. I always buy Pass Royale, it's very cheap and lets you upgrade your cards quite quickly, especially as it lets you get every reward from every challenge. The biggest problem with this game is that it's plagued with trolls. It's not Supercell's fault, people suck, but they certainly do nothing to discourage it!
Ughh I just hate it. I'm at 927 trophies and then I go down to 888 trophies in an instant!They said they give fair matches but the only thing they match is the trophies! It's a good game. There's no ads. I just really hate them ALWAYS giving me an unfair battle.! Either the enemy is 2 levels higher than me or they have WAY better card than I do. It is a fun game, but don't get mad at yourself when you lose so much. ( Supercell, if you see this comment please make the game all fair matches)
The game's mechanics and game play is very fun, but the matchmaking sucks. I started playing again after picking up from arena 4 about 5 years ago. Decks need a whole lot of cards to max out which means to progress you have to grind hours on end. I understand sometimes I may have reached too high of an arena and my decks are underleveled, but EVERY SINGLE time I play, I play against an opponent with 2 higher king levels and card levels than me. ALSO EXPECTS US TO PAY $60 FOR A SINGLE CHEST. NOOO
Its just a fun game overall. I like the game im addicted per say and i have alot of fun playing with friends. The way you progress in this game is quite interesting and i think that others should give it a try.
Kinda struggling rn, not with the ptw players i can easily cope my problems easily with them, but the problem in where your about to place cards into the field is bad it lags and my opponent take advantage of me. Tournaments after tournaments it still happen lots of wasted opportunities. It is rather stressful and a pain in the back.

The matchmaking is getting awful by the day. Initially the opponents had same card levels as mine but now all the cards the opponent bring are of level 14, and it is not that we share the same king level. The opponents always have a king level higher than me and in party mode they are often two levels higher. The game overall is lovely but not being able to play 1v1 due to pathetic matchmaking is annoying.
Its good until you reach level 11 and onwards. Then you have to stick to one deck because upgrading cards is still a giant pain and takes literal months per card. It doesn't help that now there is a level 14 to bring your cards to if you want to even keep up with latter. Outside of latter is boring too with the same xwhatever slicer game modes.

Love the game, been playing since day one. The game has been going downhill since pass royale. With the addition of magic items in the pass, the game has become pay to win. Yoy can have level 10s with the new level 14 cards because of the magic books. It becomes unfair when people who are willing to pay money are extremely overleveled for their arena
Never one to right reviews but all these comments about it being a pay to win game is false I have not put a dime in it and I have all cards unlocked yes you don't get all the cool emotes and it can take some time to collect all cards and level them up it all comes down to your skill. if you want to progress quicker and get extra stuff (you don't need) then yes it can be a cash grab but other then that u can have plenty of fun
Unfortunately had to downgrade due to lack of progress and constant fundamental issues. After maxing out most of my cards to a 13, I now have to spend more hours and gold levelling to a 14 after the goalposts where changed. There are frequently update issues, and the matchmaking has been flawed for many years. This game won't survive another five years without a major overhaul.

Game is fun at the beginning but progressively gets difficult as you go against cu*ts with level 14 elite barbarians with rage, megaknight, your mom calling you to clean your room, and your boss firing you cause your too invested in the game. this game is really addicting if your a "gamer" but fun if your looking to do something in your free time

Overall great game. It is fun and requires strategy in the higher ranks. Although it has become pay to win in a sense. You can buy packs or the pass that provide large boosts, especially the royale pass most people with the pass are generally using over leveled cards. Despite all that it is a great game.
Game is, in theory, great. BUT it's super annoying when people have cards unavailable in your current arena. I feel like it would be entirely possible to play a deck like luberloon or ebarbs rage in arena 1. So I would like to request that you 'lock' cards unavailable in arenas they aren't supposed to be in, making them still upgradeable any useable in non-ladder(or maybe even olny friendly) battles. I feel like this would remove a lot of my frustrations with the game.

Very great game for a long time but once you get to challenger or close to it, it starts to get repetative and boring and more of a grind to level up characters but very great game if you want to play for 100 hours to 300 hours but after that its just not as fun + the new update with champions isn't great what I personally want is a way to get pass royale with gems instead of just buying it. Also an update that after arena 14 you have the option to do challenges or quests against people for gems
Loved it ever since release. My only ever issue was that when I would attempt to reach a new arena I would be up against someone who had much better cards and obviously has played the game enough to understand tactics otherwise its a beautiful game.
Ok game, except ranked really makes it so you can't have fun. Also, with some cards changing what arena they get unlocked at, there are players that just have higher arena cards without being in that arena. Example: Prince in arena 1
The most addictive and best game on the play store! I can't even put the words to describe how perfect it is! Although, it would be nice if you added more Arena's and a bunch of new cards! Plus, some people who pay for the game are getting too overpowered stuff and somehow getting cards that are not even in our arena. Good game and I had lot of fun playing it, but I think you should fix the co-op Not fun at all some low level players co-op with high level players and defeat us easily :/ you can't win no mater what you do even if you try the high rank cards can't be beaten with our low rank cards. Let those people play with each other. Or establish new system that gives card certain values so we don't face them.
The enemies are always a higher level than you. There's no balance in matchmaking at all and your forced to play against people who have a higher level than you. It's not exactly fun when all of your opponents summons are level 5 and your highest level is 3. It totally destroys the competition aspect. To when, you have to pay for other aspects of the game. Otherwise you'll most likely lose every round. It's not skill. If you don't have saved data already, I would suggest never downloading this.

People always complain about in app purchases BUT THEY ARE NOT NESSECARY TO CLIMB. They are there for convenience of those who can afford them, this game is designed for the long run and you have to grind it out to be succesful, even if you pay. After over a year played and spent a lot of money on (btw it used to take AGES to get leveled up back then unless you paid) i think its meh... i like the idea but the game has lost its luster. Its a great game honestly, just when you get to leagues matchmaking kinda sucks in a sense where you either have to pay money for chest to get your cards up to level 13 or 14(assuming you get to leagues around king level 10) or you just go against players who have spent that money and are playing with level 13 or 14 cards. Game is a good way to spend time daily, due to the never ending upgrade process. But its a good way to play short games. Beware of sales that seem good because they have had instances where they deceive players with deals, that are not actually good. (Like when they introduced Level 14).
